The Diary App operates as part of an integrated platform ecosystem in partnership with:
Determined Diabetic Coaching (human and AI-assisted coaching services), and
Determined Diabetic (the primary educational website and content platform).
These three entities are referred to collectively in this Policy as the “Determined Diabetic Platform.”
By accessing or using any part of the Determined Diabetic Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in this Policy.

 

2. AFFILIATED ENTITIES & DATA SHARING AUTHORIZATION
2.1 Integrated Platform Relationship
Determined Diabetic Diary, Determined Diabetic Coaching, and the Determined Diabetic website operate as affiliated but legally distinct entities that provide complementary services related to diabetes education, tracking, coaching, and behavioral support.

By creating an account, entering data, or using the App, you expressly authorize your information to be:
Collected through the Diary App,
Shared with Determined Diabetic Coaching for coaching, education, and support services, and
Utilized, displayed, and referenced on the Determined Diabetic website, including dashboards, educational tools, progress summaries, and user-facing content related to your participation.
This authorization is essential to the operation of the Determined Diabetic Platform and cannot be revoked without discontinuing use of the Services.
