Free demo calls and group-based resources

Services are intended for informational, educational, and lifestyle support purposes only.

3. Non-Medical Services Disclaimer

The Company does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No doctor-patient or healthcare provider relationship is created through the use of our Services.

All content, coaching, AI interactions, and application features are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions or changes to your health routine.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The accuracy of all information you provide
All health data entered into the application
How you interpret and act upon any coaching or insights

We do not verify user-submitted data and are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

5. AI-Based Coaching

Our Services include AI-generated coaching interactions.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI coaching is automated and not provided by licensed professionals
Responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation
AI interactions should not be relied upon for medical decisions

AI usage may be limited based on purchased packages, credits, or subscription terms.

6. Accounts and Access

Users must create an account to access certain Services.

You agree to:

No refunds are provided for coaching services.

AI Coaching Subscriptions:

Subscription-based AI services may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle and does not result in retroactive refunds.

AI Packages and Credits:

AI usage may be offered in packages or credit-based systems.
Unused time or credits do not carry cash value and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Store Purchases:

Products sold through our store are subject to separate refund policies as stated at the point of purchase.

8. Scheduling and Availability

AI and live coaching sessions may require scheduling through designated platforms.

We do not guarantee availability at all times and reserve the right to modify schedules, features, or access as needed.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse coaches or staff
Use the platform in a harmful, unlawful, or disruptive manner
Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or misuse the system

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All content, materials, systems, and technology provided through our Services—including the application, coaching frameworks, videos, and educational materials—are the property of Determined Diabetic LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

11. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, progress, or results from using our Services. Success depends on individual effort, consistency, and various external factors beyond our control.
